We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Please note we currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
Orders can only be cancelled or amended before they have been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make any changes.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Yes, we offer full refunds for returned items that meet our returns policy conditions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of receiving the return.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Currently, we only ship orders within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
