Job description
Some of the task will include:
- Greeting customers who enter the shop.
- Key Holder responsibilities.
- Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
- Till duty’s.
- Answering queries from customers.
- Handling customer complaints/returns
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the Manager.
- Keeping the store tidy and clean.
- Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
We expect the right candidate to have excellent time keeping skills with full availability to meet the working hours of the shopping centre.
